Added an event on the demo site. Event would not register in calendar, even after refresh and recreation of event. Then on third try, the third event duplicated, while event one and two never showed.

I'm not able to duplicate this.  Are we sure this wasn't just a function of the work flow system being overused at this point in time.  Added events on 3 different days and they all showed up after waiting a short period and refreshing the page.

Closing this unless we have more info
