This is what I'm able to determine...
It appears Mark Hay attempted to purchase for
himself a 2007-01:Retailer 2007 Membership Badge and a 5000:Official GTS 2007
Texas Hold 'Em Tournament ticket.
It also appears he attempted to purchase for Philip
Rangel a 2007-02:Additional Retailer Badge.
A Transaction (XID # 20117684) was completed on
2/11/07 at 14:54:38 for $250.00 for the purchase of these three
items.
When reviewing the items for Mark Hay and Philip
Rangel I see the 2007-02:Additional Retailer Badge for Philip Rangel in our
system. I see two incomplete transactions and no completed orders for the
2007-01:Retailer 2007 Membership Badge and the 5000:Official GTS 2007 Texas Hold
'Em Tournament yet it appears he was charged for all three items.
So... any idea what's happening and why? This is just one case.

If
you're seeing no completed orders, then how do you know he was charged?
Also, do the three things add up to $250 if purchased, or is $250 just
the cost of one of them. Keep in mind that I know nothing about your
data or your events. What do the numbers mean in front of each of the
badge names? Is that in any way relevant to the problem, or should I
ignore them?
Also, in addition to the answers to the above
questions, please fill out a login request so I can log in and see what
this looks like in your site. It's very hard to visualize without
context.
