Any idea what would be causing this error message when people try and check out. It appears to happen only intermittently as other people have been able to purchase all of the items included in this purchase. Can you at least tell me what it means? :)

Transaction Error Document was not a well formed XML Document (FAILED)

I've added code in 7.5.6 to ensure the proper encoding of the XML that is submitted to ITransact.
