If you create a weekly recurring Calendar event and give it a start and end time, it will sometimes create the events on the day before they should be.  Whether this happens or not depends on the time you specify, so I suspect it has to do with time zones.

Recreated this, but in a slightly different way.

1. Added a calendar asset to a demo site. Committed tag.

2. Added a recurring weekly event for every Monday at 13:00-14:00.

3. Saved. Event appeared on every Monday; however, during one week it also appeared on Tuesday. Screenshot attached.  

Well, I pseudo-recreated this bc Graham did it on my computer.

No luck. It seems the only way to fix this is to re-write it correctly.

Graham has already done so, in prep for 7.5. JT has given authorization to add to 7.4.3, so this is his pidgin now.
