When we put Arabic language content in a collaboration it displays correctly as expeced. But when we call the rss feed of this assett the RSS has garbled text. This garbled text was opened in notepad, on the browser as an rss feed and even in a syndicated content asset and in all cases it was garbled. This was tested on our servers on 7.3.X and on your demo server on 7.4.11.
I would expect the same problem with Hebrew and possibly chinese ( since whenever we have a grabled text problem in any script or system we find users of these languages also complaining )

Yes it is the same. I could not update the version in that post so i did another one.
Also if you need help in testing it, i would be willing to put the time to install and test it if you tell me when and where to get the test code from or which installation you have that I can test arabic on remotely. Which ever way I am willing to test with you.
