This post is about sites that use two (2) or more languages and the way to work with that in WebGUI.

As you might know ProcoliX is situated in The Nederlands (Nederland) in Europe. The Netherlands is quite a small country that has it's own language (Dutch). Almost all people in the Netherlands also speak and write English and quite a lot speak and write other languages like French, German and Spanish.

Since the Netherlands is such a small country a lot of businesses there sell and buy stuff from abroad, often worldwide.

These companies also have websites and these websites very often use both Dutch and English for most, if not all content. And sometimes even more languages.

The ProcoliX website is now in Dutch, but could very well also have an english version. We have created some multi language websites for our clients in the past, almost always using multiple roots and/or a macro that add's an _en or _nl to the url when clicking on a flag of the corresponding language.

I wonder if using multiple roots would be the best way to do it, has anyone else used other or the same methods? Is there perhaps something we could learn from?
