I don't think so, yet, and I'm the one who wrote most of the 0.8.0 article.

0.8.0 is still in beta (though the WG it installs is now the 7.4 stable), and I noted that about 4 grafs in.

I see that someone has made it more prominent in the old article, and that some other people have been working on the 0.8.0 page, but I think that the 0.7.2 instructions should remain the default until 0.8.0 goes gold, myself.
