We should decide on a set of templates to work on for the nov 15th deadline. Can't be all of 'em, so if there's a template you really, really want done before Christmas, here's your chance.

Seriously now, I suggest we start with the templates I already did some work on (see the 5th post on this page):

  • article
  • collaboration system
  • poll
  • page layout
  • search
  • synd. content
  • shortcut
  • navigation

...but some of you might find other templates more important. Let me know.

Rogier,

Not sure what can get done by Nov. 15th, but I'm fine with this list. Later, I'd like to add alterations to pagination and shop but that's not a priority for Nov. 15th.

Navigation and search strike me as two areas that would be easiest to tackle.

This list looks pretty good to me.  By "page layout" do you mean all the various page layout templates (Default Page, Side by Side, One Over Three, etc etc) or one template in particular?

Well, it depends. If we want to use a css framework for the page layouts, I woulld be a good idea to pick three page layouts (or so) and test different frameworks with those.


I asked Rory if he could do the framework research.  Maybe he can work on the page layout templates.
