But I have a site under development, which is probably ready by the time 7.5.x is getting stable... Want to start for instance with modifying the gallery. I guess the best way to describe it is that you aren't likely to lose data. Instead, some features (the stuff that is change/added) just may not work correctly, or at all. If you can live with that then you can be on beta. However, I noted that you're already on the latest version of the stable branch. There's no cut over point from that version to the beta. So back to WRE 0.8.0 with 7.4.21, upgrade to WRE 0.8.3, upgrade to 7.5.0/7.5.3... See if I can pass the "latest available version" in WRE. But that's probably just typing "7.5.3-beta" instead....
