Install with existing websites

I'd like to use webgui for a new website to be hosted on the same box that is already running a LAMP based set of websites.

Is there any way this can be done?

I've done a source install (my server is built from sources, no distro) and had webgui running fine, but, of course had to take down my existing apache and mysql to do that.

Just set up IP or domain name based vhosting in Apache.  It will work fine.
