I am still looking to see if this is already an option but...

We just put in a new wiki for all our resources. It is really working well and everyone in our organization is impressed with how easy it is to find resources. My boss is happy. I am happy our departments are happy.

As we are testing my content managers are requesting that under a wiki keyword, items be alphabatized. This is because we may have 50-100 resources under a keyword like "education" and so if I'm looking for one item it's hard for people to pick it out in a random list, verses an alphabetical list.

Another fun feature I have put in to my programer here is to have searched items show an image next to their link (if there is one) along with a symbol for pdf or word (whatever format the attachment is).

We will be looking into these on our own whenever the programer for my organization is able to, but for now I thought I'd post it here too.

I think the webgui wiki is the best way to organize resources so way to go WebGUI.
