Would be great to see a robust List Serve/E-mail Marketing tool either through the collabertion tool (where it's currently being developed) or something new with it's own admin interface. Something similar to Constant Contact.
Some features we'd need:
I voted against this RFE because there is already a great Perl-based solution for managing a mailing list---DadaMail[1]. It has a great set of features that seem pointless to recreate in WebGUI. I think the time and effort could be better spent in other areas such as e-commerce, user-interface enhancements (AJAX) and other areas that are core competencies of a CMS.

Couple issues:
1) perl-based or whatever-based that isn't part of the core software doesn't help most of us (who aren't geeks)
2) this cms is already quite robust and more than many folks can even begin to use--but missing an integrated email marketing which nearly *everyone* needs to use. (can the perl-based one be integrated with the user's profile, etc?)
