I would like the InnoDB engine included again in the MySQL compilation in the WRE binaries. The fact that WebGUI doesn't need it, does not mean that companies developping serious business applications based on WebGUI (like we do) don't use it! Building the WRE everytime there's an update should not be necessary and we need the transaction capabilities of InnoDB.
