I don't know if this is in here or not- add more userdefined fields to the collaboration system.  Basically add as many as possible.  The reason being we would like to use the CS for podcasting submissions, and we'd like to associate other data with those podcasts, images, stories, transcripts, links to different versions (media types), plus all the normal stuff associated with it.  I can think of a reason to have at least 10 additional userdefined fields that would get used up on that feature alone.   We're using CS as a content creation tool for our Web Editors and not as a enduser collaboration tool.

There may be easier ways of doing this, but I can't think of any.
