This is a theme from OSWD, designed by Andreas Viklund, enhanced and converted into WebGUI theme by Ning. The original HTML and CSS file can be downloaded following this link to its page on OSWD. 

"The design is inspired by the colors of the fall, since the template was created as an entry in the Open Web Design "fall/autumn" competition in October 2005 (where it as awarded 1st place)." says Andreas in his template.

The top navigation can be used to browse through all viewable branches under Root. The menu to the left enables relative two-level navigation within the currently viewing branch. And the menu bar on top of the content area allows you to seek the complete directory of the current page.
